Residential Painting Interior & Exterior House Painting We offer interior and exterior house painting services throughout Los Angeles. We ensure proper surface preparation for optimal paint application, finish, and durability to wear and tear.
HOA & Apartment Painting Typically, HOAs and apartments have set palettes and color schemes that our contractors need to abide by. Prior to starting a painting project, an HOA application needs to be completed to confirm which selection is applicable to the unit being painted. Our team adheres by the HOA's selection to complete the job within the set guidelines.
Specialty Coatings & Repairs High-Performance Surfaces Our contractors are qualified to handle paint jobs on high-performance surfaces, too. These surfaces include high-traffic areas, fireplaces, areas made of concrete or metal, or any surfaces requiring enhanced durability, protection, and resistance to wear, chemicals, and weather. We also offer wallcladding for specialized projects.

Assessing the project: In collaboration with a Revive Property Advisor, our contractors will assess the surfaces to be painted and design an informed, detailed plan for prepping and painting.
Building a scope of work: Next, we build a scope of work to break down every detail of the project, including timelines, deliverables, materials, and specific tasks for the project. It details what work is being completed and by which person on the project, ensuring alignment of expectations for homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, and any stakeholders involved. A well-defined scope of work is crucial to project success and helps to avoid disputes, manage risk, and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Priming and painting: Depending on the surface condition, priming needs may vary. Typically, this step includes cleaning the surface, repairing any imperfections, and applying a coat of primer. Once dry, the primer is lightly sanded and ready to paint.
Clean up and inspection: After applying the necessary coats of paint, adding all finishing touches and allowing time to dry, our contractors clear the area of any debris left behind from the project and inspect the work to ensure the end result matches the expectations outlined by the homeowner and any stakeholders.

A: All general contractors in Revive’s network are licensed, bonded and insured. The painters we work with are part of the general contractor’s team.
Q: What types of properties do you paint?
A: Our contractors paint any and all residential properties, including ADUs and garages.
Q: How long does a typical job take?
A: The length of a job depends on the scope of work for that particular project. We can complete a painting job in as little as a week, and as long as six weeks. Paint touch-ups typically take two days to complete.
Q: Do you offer warranties or touch-up paint?
A: Yes. Any work a general contractor in Revive’s network executes comes with a 1-year warranty, including paint touch-ups as needed.
