  We provide a two-step consultation to provide the clearest estimates for your project. First, you will meet with a Revive Property Advisor virtually to discuss the details of your renovation. Next, a general contractor will conduct an on-site consultation to assess the condition of the spaces where flooring work is needed and design an informed, detailed plan for prepping and repair or installation.

• 3D Design Support and Estimates
  Our in-house design team will work with you to execute a design plan, including 3D renderings to help you visualize the final results of your project. During the planning and scoping phase, we will also provide detailed estimates for the flooring work to be completed so you have clarity on the cost of your renovation.

• Clean, Safe, and Respectful Job Sites
  We always advise every client we work with to pre-schedule job-walks during renovation so the contractor can ensure the home is clean and safe for their team to walk in and see the project progress. Un-scheduled job-walks and site visits can create liability for the contractors as, during renovations, it is an active construction zone and could be dangerous for anyone other than the contractors and sub-contractors on the project.
