Summary

A home close to our hearts. This property came to Revive through Side partner, Brett Jennings. The homeowners were in their 80’s and moving to a retirement home and really needed help to get their home updated before it went on the market. We noticed that the homeowners had a beautiful garden that needed a little extra help, and we wanted to help extra care with it, so our contractor partner hired a specialty gardener to trim the homeowners’ Japanese Maples and it was good as new! After the cost of renovations, the homeowners made an additional $161,880 in profit, resulting in 256.46% ROI. Needless to say, they were very happy with the whole experience!
