Agent Roland Osage from Real Brokerage Technologies, partnered with Revive Property Advisor Bryten Hanson, to help undertake an extensive renovation that was needed for his client’s home. The home’s improvements extended beyond basic aesthetics to ensure every component of the home not only met but exceeded modern living standards. Highlights of the renovation included the installation of a new roof and windows, a full interior and exterior paint job, and a complete gut and remodel of both bathrooms. The kitchen saw a total transformation, evolving into an open concept space equipped with new appliances and finishes. The electrical system was entirely replaced, which complemented the installation of a full new HVAC system and ducting, alongside a new water heater to ensure comfort and efficiency.

Additionally, the renovation tackled structural and functional improvements, such as adding a new fireplace and converting a bonus room into a legitimate bedroom, which enhanced the property's appeal and functionality. The exterior also underwent some substantial upgrades that included softscape and fencing. With an investment of $426,296, fronted interest-free by Revive, the property's value soared from its initial $900,000 to an impressive $1,650,000 at sale, netting a profit of $323,704 for Roland’s client, Roslynn, who was overseeing the sale on behalf of her father undergoing cancer treatment. This renovation not only achieved an 83.33% increase in Roland's commission, but, more importantly, offered Roslynn and her family significant financial, and emotional support, during a challenging period in their lives.
