When agent Brooke Miller’s client decided to downsize and sell their 4,300+ square foot San Clemente home, she knew that renovations throughout the entire property would be necessary to get her client’s desired exit price. They partnered with Revive for a full remodel through our Renovate To Sell program. This included new flooring, paint, a fireplace enhancement, and a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, with a renovation budget of $812,985.
