Summary

After homeowner Mia J. inherited this 1924 home from her godmother, she decided to sell the property, but knew it needed some updates to sell in a highly competitive and desirable San Francisco neighborhood. Since the home retained many of its original 1920s features, it was in need of a full-scale renovation. Through Revive’s Renovate to Sell program, Mia—in partnership with her agent Nicole Harden—was able to complete the necessary upgrades without any renovation costs out of pocket.

Revive funded and executed over $250K in upgrades to transform this outdated property into a turnkey home that generated over $274K in additional profit for Mia and a 61.76% commission for Nicole.
