This 1920s San Fran based home was a 2 bd/2ba fixer upper that needed a little TLC before it was ready to list. Agents Joy Lui and Beverly Opella knew this and knew that with a little help from Revive, this dated space could be brought back to life. Revive fronted $89,150 to cover the cost of renovations and repairs, which included new carpet, sanding and refinishing of the hardwood floors, new paint, bathroom and kitchen refresh, deck spruce up and more. The home was originally valued between $950,000 to $1 million, but after the renovations were complete, the house closed escrow at $1.3 million. Not a bad deal!
