Summary

This charming San Francisco home was ready to be put on the market by homeowner Michiel W. He was 71 years old and wanted to move to a single story home that would better accommodate the next chapter of his life. The interior was outdated for buyers in 2025, so Michiel and Compass agent Barbara Brodrick partnered with Revive to refresh this 1914 home and bring it to market in peak condition. Their goal was to generate the highest possible profit to support Michiel’s move, and Revive’s Renovate To Sell program gave them the option to renovate without any added financial burden.

In less than two months, Revive was able to complete strategic upgrades, including a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, new flooring, updated lighting and interior and exterior paint, and get the home ready to sell. The house sold in just under a month and generated $326,858 in profit for Michiel to put toward his next home and enjoy the future with less financial stress.
