The Offer applies only to labor and materials included in the Revive-approved scope and does not cover permits, third-party fees, structural work, hazardous condition remediation, upgrades, or change orders. The Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be combined with any other promotion. Redemption requires presentation of the original physical card prior to contracting and is valid only within Revive’s California service area.
