These Terms govern the Revive promotional appliance credit (“Offer”). The Offer is non-contractual and discretionary. Attempted redemption constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Redemption requires full compliance with all of the following:
- Project Type: Offer applies only to a full kitchen remodel approved by Revive under the Renovate to Stay program.
- Finish Level: Kitchen remodel must be contracted at Economy Plus finish tier or higher.
- Service Area: Property must be located within Revive’s California service area.
- Card Requirement: The original, physical promotional card must be presented before contracting.
- Required Agreements: Homeowner must execute the Revive Services Agreement and the applicable Home Improvement Contract.
- Non-Transferability: Offer may only be redeemed by the original recipient.
- One Offer Rule: Only one promotional offer per property, project, or household.
- Revive Discretion: Revive may deny redemption for any reason, including feasibility, safety, permitting, or site conditions.
2. Offer Details
- Offer provides a promotional credit up to $7,500 toward Revive-approved kitchen appliances.
- Eligible appliances must be:
- sourced through Revive-approved vendors, and
- included in the Revive-approved kitchen scope.
- Any cost above $7,500 is the Homeowner’s responsibility.
- Unused credit has no cash value, cannot be refunded, and cannot be transferred.
3. Exclusions
This Offer does not apply to:
- cabinetry, countertops, lighting, plumbing, tile, flooring, or non-appliance materials
- structural, mechanical, or electrical upgrades
- venting, ducting, or wall/ceiling modifications unless included in the approved scope
- hazardous material abatement
- delivery surcharges, installation charges, haul-away fees, or third-party costs not coordinated by Revive
- change orders or homeowner-requested additions
- any appliance model outside Revive-approved vendor offerings
4. Revive Rights & Limitations
- No Guarantee: Revive provides no guarantee regarding cost savings, timelines, suitability, or property value.
- No Modification: The Offer does not modify or reduce the contract price under any Revive agreement.
- No Reliance: Homeowner may not treat the Offer as a guarantee, entitlement, or contractual obligation.
- Subordination: Revive agreements supersede these Terms in all cases.
- Void Where Prohibited.
5. Expiration
Offer expires 12 months from the card issuance date unless otherwise printed.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by California law. All disputes follow the dispute-resolution requirements in applicable Revive agreements.
